Hard to say but if we hadn’t taken your recommendations to have the house professionally cleaned for smoke; change pool cleaners; add some flowers and mulch; roof cleaned professionally, etc., etc. probably would have sold $10,000 or so less. And it didn’t cost of anywhere near that. |

I knew you would be good but had no idea how good. You exceeded all my expectations across the board. And I can’t imagine or believe there is anyone better around doing real estate. You were patient working with Becky’s mom, you were always at the house when need (and then some), you were well informed with research and knowledge, and you were always available when needed. A+ job. Thanks! I’m sure in the coming days it’ll hit us that we don’t have to rush over there or worry about something we should be doing. Can’t wait for that to hit me.
