We enjoy our personal privacy and we respect yours. We don’t want to add to the annoying phone calls you receive or the spam emails and the junk mail you receive each day. Therefore, we will not casually give any information you trust us with to anyone else except in the following circumstance:
If you are a potential buyer, we will ask your permission to have a lender contact you for the purpose of pre-qualifying you for a mortgage. This is necessary. During the process of scheduling showings or when presenting your offer to a seller, the other party will inquire about your financial ability to purchase said property. We would like to confidently respond with a statement from your lender supporting this.
If you are our buyer or seller and has an active transaction, we will have to share your information with certain participating vendors. These may include Title Company, Attorney, Surveyor, Inspectors, Lenders, Contractors and more. But, only those people who’s participation is required to successfully complete this specific transaction will be included.
Aside from this, we will not give your information to anyone.
