Does anyone know what all I need to send to the IRS to ammend my 2008 return? I have the 1040X and the 5405. Do I need to send other papers like the closing statement?

I closed on my house 06/30/09, Filed an amended return on 7/7/09 and received my 8000 tax credit on 8/26/09 direct deposit. I was originally told that I would receive a paper check only, even though I did direct deposit on my regular return earlier in the year with H & R Block.

I like the large mapbased area chocies.
However, the page after selection a region (Kissimee) it takes ages to load that page.
Besides then just showing that area, it loads half of Florida. Weird. Not what I expected.
Zooming in on the map (using double click on an area) works fine, but zoomlevel is really small. Needs many many double clicks to get to area I am interested in (I focussed on LAke Buena Vista - since I have lived there).
